Poor Customer Service and Claim Processing
I submitted a claim on my cat Barney in January of 2023 and it is now May and the claim has still not been processed accepted and/or denied. The claim was escalated multiple times by customer service reps with no results or any promised follow-up. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company of any kind. Since this pet insurance policy is like having no insurance at all, I went ahead and canceled my policy.
