Horrible service, avoid at all costs

They raise their rates randomly by A LOT and act like it’s normal. They are also REALLY bad at their job. They have denied claims of mine for things they cover multiple times now leading me to have to appeal. My dog is young enough with no conditions so I’ve removed her and my other 2 cats from their plan. If I could take my older car off I would. I do not recommend them ever. They have an easy website and they seem good on paper. But they’re capitalist scum bags. They raise rates and have offered nothing better and actually they’ve gotten worse. Use literally any other pet insurance company. They will be worth it.

EXTREME RATE INCREASES YEAR AFTER YEAR

I signed my 2 cats up for Healthy Paws pet insurance in 2013. At that time I was paying about $60 per month for both cats combined which was reasonable. The monthly rate has slowly increased each year since and in 2022 it shot up to $275 per month (both cats combined). I got a notice for our 2023 rate increase and it's now going up to $404 (both cats combined) which is absolutely REDICULOUS! Had I known when I signed up for this insurance that the monthly premiums would increase so much I would have looked elsewhere or just opened a bank account to save for pet expenses. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE UNREASONABLE RATE HIKES!!!

Healthy Paws insurance was the best…

Healthy Paws insurance was the best decision I have made. My fur baby was diagnosed with cancer this past summer. I would not have been able to afford the very expensive treatments had it not been for Healthy Paws. They reimburse almost immediately. Thanks to them Tucker is doing well.

Very courteous customer service and showed genuine concern for my pets' health. The claims were processed in a timely manner and received reimbursements quickly. I am delighted with HealthyPaws and will recommend them to anyone with pet children. I have the freedom to focus on caring for my pet babies and not be worried about finances. I will definitely be a customer for life.

Healthy Paws Insurance is easy and saves us time and money

We've been using Healthy Paws for a couple years and have had nothing but a positive experience each time we had to file a claim. Most recently, we had a large claim and it was still a very quick and seamless process. Generally, it takes less than 30 seconds to file a claim, as I only have to upload a document or two at most, and then typically it's approved within 2-4 days, and deposited in my account within another day. They have saved us a ton of money, time and stress with our very active pup.
