Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have been with Healthy Paws for over ten years and they have been great. Payment of claims are paid within 2-3 days of the claim being submitted. I have never had a problem when filing a claim or payment. Their Customer Service team has also been excellent. They are concerned about your pet and want to know how they are doing after submission of a claim. In my opinion, Healthy Paws is the best out there. I guarantee you will be happy with their service.

Horrible customer service in trying to get my claim resolved for my dog. I have called at least 6 times in the last 2 months and each time I received a different response to the issue. Once this claim is paid I will be dropping them. Do yourself a favor and don't go with them. I have paid premiums for 5 years and can't get a simple claim paid.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has covered two surgeries on my dog's rear legs. They were prompt in paying the reimbursement which went directly to my bank account. Their website is easy to navigate and to upload documents for claims. My monthly premium, annual deductible and co-pays are very reasonable. This is the first time I have ever had pet insurance and I'm certainly glad that I have it. The surgeries were expensive and were within a year of each other. If you are looking for pet insurance, I would highly recommend this company.

We have had Healthy Paws for several years and they have always been fair and responsive, with quick service and no questions asked (we wish human insurance could be as good). Reimbursements have been as quick as next day following submission. Truly amazing and highly recommended.
