Fantastic service!

We couldn't be happier with Healthy Paws. In the fall we adopted Anna, a seven-year-old shih tzu, from a shelter. Because we knew Anna had a history of severe neglect, we opted for a pet health insurance policy right away, just in case problems arose down the road. A few weeks ago Anna was checked into a vet ER on a Sunday after severe gastrointestinal issues left her so sick she could hardly lift her head. 36 hours (and $1,500) later, Anna was back on her feet. The vet ER submitted all expenses to Healthy Paws. Within a few days we got a friendly, straightforward email from Terah requesting some additional information. Today we found out that all of Anna's expenses under the terms of the policy were covered -- which will save us close to $1,000. For premiums of less than $50/month, I'd say this is the best investment we've made in a long time. The application process was easy. While our policy doesn't cover routine care, I think that's smart for both Healthy Paws and pet owners. It keeps our premiums a little lower and saves the coverage for the big expenses, like the ER visit. I also liked the fact that Healthy Paws offers good coverage for older pets. Not all pet insurers would issue a new policy for a seven-year-old dog. Finally, I appreciated the speed at which our claim was processed and the caring tone of all of my communications with Terah, who oversaw everything from start to finish. If Healthy Paws offered health insurance for humans, I'd sign my fami

Amazing Customer Service!

Took my little Sammy in to the vet with some pretty severe gastrointestinal problems on a Monday. Submitted my claim on Wed.to Healthy Paws. By the time I returned home from providing the vet with the forms to fill out - Healthy Paws had received it and sent me an email to let me know that they had. The next morning (today) - I had another email from them letting me know that the claim had been processed and a check would be on the way, shortly! If only my HUMAN insurance would work as well!!! I HIGHLY recommend Healthy Paws. I am SO glad that I chose this company from the MANY others that are available. Thank you!!

I love healthy paws!

My cat got very sick. He was itching and licking nonstop, which turned into lesions, and bleeding. It felt great to have assurance that all tests, and diagnostics were covered under our healthy paws policy. We received a check from healthy paws within 2 weeks of submitting the claim for 90% of the covered costs. It was easy , and fast. Our cat is doing much better, and we are very happy to know that our cats medical insurance company is so amazing. Thank you to everyone at healthy paws.

Personable, Fast, Responsive Service

This was our very first claim with Healthy Paws and we were impressed. I felt like we'd joined a family caring enough to remain in the background, but when needed immediately steps forward to provide a financial safety net for large unexpected expenses. Healthy Paws makes it about your beloved pet not about the paperwork and insurance fine print. What a breath of fresh air -- what peace of mind. I'm so glad we found you.

So glad Jedda has Healthy Paws Insurance

I looked for health insurance for my dog, Jedda, for over a year. I'd search, print some stuff, compare it and decide it was too expensive for not great coverage. When I found Healthy Paws I was pleased and glad to have my searching and deciding chore over. So far Jedda has been injured and had a 3 hour visit to the emergency vet one night for belly pain. I have been more than fairly reiumbursed for these expenses think the premiums are well worth it. Health care is expensive! And the company follows up to see how Jedda is feeling. I'm very pleased!
