Came through for our sick puppy

When our 11 month old puppy had to be hospitalized for severe gastroenteritis, Healthy Paws came through for us and responded to our claim right away. The claims process was fair and transparent. I appreciate their speed in issuing a check for the 80% covered under our policy minus the deductible. I would definitely recommend this insurance to other pet owners.

LOVE THIS COMPANY

My husky had to have surgery to have a rock removed that she ate. It was my first claim and the customer service was excellent. They answered all my questions quickly and my reimbursement was here within a week! This company has set the bar high for other companies! My pets and I will be customers for life!

Very happy with Healthy Paws

We purchased this insurance on a friends recommendation and are so happy we did. We got a Brittney Spaniel puppy in December. And in March he had eaten something that didn't agree with him. He was at the Vet's for 3 days while they tried to figure out what was in his stomach. Luckily he didn't need surgery but had many x-rays and fluids. Healthy Paws made it really easy to file my claims and I had my check in had 10 days later. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a pet.

Efficient and Caring

I have been a Healthy Paws customer for three years. Unfortunately, our furbaby has had a lot of medical issues that required a biopsy, quarterly blood test, and ongoing supplement treatment. Healthy paws was always super timely on reimbursement of the claims, if only human health insurance was just as efficient. After her biopsy and her recent TLPO surgery, not only did Healthy Paws pay those high cost claims in about a week, but after each major surgery, they sent me a personal message just to check up on Bella, our furpup! Dealing with serious medical issues is always stressful and an anxiety filled experience. The cost is something that Healthy Paws takes off your plate, and im so grateful for it. They're efficient and compassionate- i dont know what else you would need in an insurance company.

Fantastic coverage for our Malamute Ruby

Our 2 year old Malamute has experienced multiple health problems that have been associated with significant medical expenses. Healthy Paws has stuck to their end of the deal and rapidly reimbursed us for all expenses per our agreement with them. The claim process is simple, the people are professional and they seem to genuinely care about our pups wellbeing. I am very grateful to have had the foresight to purchase insurance for Ruby. Healthy Paws is a top notch company who sticks to their word in a no nonsense manner.
