Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

When we got our puppy we were unsure about insurance. However, I did lots of on line research and decided on Healthy Paws. What a wonderful decision. Healthy Paws is (because we are currently working on a claim) doing everything to quicken our claim process. Also, the fact that members of the Healthy Paws program are emailing to check on the progress of our Mowgli is so nice. This personal touch is thoughtful and reassuring. I would highly recommend this program to anyone that is looking for pet insurance.

Eighteen months after we were told she had 2 months to live, Coco lives on. Healthy Paws pet insurance has been with us every step of the way. I wrote a review after the first few months of expensive surgery and chemo treatments. I was very pleased with HP then and you can only imagine what I think of them after 18 months of prompt reimbursement and really caring people on the other end of the phone or emails. I even received a personal phone call phone the President of their company, showing concern and assurances his company would continue to be there for us. Because, with the help of Healthypaws, coco is still alive, still happy and still energetic, even though the cancer is still with her. The ongoing treatments are keeping it in check but her treatments will continue for as long as she lives. I believe also, that Healthypaws will be with us too.

I have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for my dog Russell for three years. The service I have received from them over this period has been top notch. Fast claims, friendly staff and no questions asked handling of my claims. The last check that I received from healthy Paws was for over $9000. I don't know what I would have done without Healthy Paws.

We will never be without Healthy Paws pet insurance for our dogs. Such a comfort to know we can give our pets the best care. Have had 3 claims and, as promised, they are quick to respond and take care of the claims.

I have a Beagle that they have covered for 3 years. She recently had some major knee surgery and they covered all that I expected them to. I would not have been able to afford it.
