Always ther for me and my pets

After loosing my last pug to cancer, I was determined my new boys, Winston and Bojangles, were going to have insurance. I did a lot of research and chose Healthy Paws. Bojangles was diagnosed with a neurological problem which cost well over $2000.00 when he was still a puppy. Last month we found a lump that surgery was $750.00. Bojangles is now only two. Healthy Paws paid quickly and the amount we agreed to, which is what I expected. But I did not expect the considerate follow ups on how my Bo is doing. They really care. So far my other pug, Winston, has been fine, but I know if he ever needs help Healthy Paws will be there for us. Treatment for my boys and Peace of Mind for me.

Fast and simple reimbursement

My dog got a surgery due to a stone inside his body. I and my family worried about the surgery and his recovery, but did not think about an expensive payment for the treatment, thanks to Healthy Paws! They provided the reimbursement very quickly without any additional questions or limitations. I highly recommend this insurance.

Compassionate care

Our 20-month pitbull mix, Lulu, had the misfortune of injuring her knees in a fall. When we went to the orthopedic vet to confirm her regular vet's concerned, he told us she'd torn her ACLs. The quote for the surgery was 4500. After my initial shock, we went ahead and scheduled Lulu's surgery. Here's where it gets too good to be true. Of course our dog is insured. Of course, we felt protected. But when Healthy Paws processed our claim within a day of submission and let us know our reimbursement was on its way, I burst into tears. Two days later, I received the kindest email from Healthy Paws, checking in Lu's recovery. See, as a pet owner, I am willing to do whatever it takes for my dog. She's like my other child. To know that she is well-protected by a kind, compassionate insurance company makes dealing with scary events such as these a little less traumatizing. We are 5 days out from her surgery and she is doing remarkably well. We are deeply grateful.

My dog has better insurance than I do!

We've had Healthy Paws for about 1 year now for our 5 yr. old Shepherd mix Kalo. Unfortunately, Kalo has been accident prone since he was a wee pup. After a slew of extraordinary vet bills, we decided to get him signed up for an insurance plan. 1 year later, Healthy Paws has ensured the best service, care, and efficiency in getting him covered. We were nervous given his accident record that they might decide at some point to drop him, yet they've maintained an excellent plan at an awesome price! Recently, Kalo had an urgent series of vet visits after he ingested a foxtail. Over $1,000 later, he recovered. And Healthy Paws didn't hesitate after the claim was submitted-- in less than 24 hours, we had reimbursement checks on the way, assuring us that the bulk of the cost was to be covered. What a relief after the emotional and physical strife! Thanks Healthy Paws!

Quick, compassionate, and just plain good service

Our chocolate lab, Quincy Jones, got sick because he ate something he shouldn't have (pretty typical for labs, eh?). Unfortunately he had to go the ER to get checked up and had to stay for several days :( Luckily everything turned out just fine. We sent the claims for both the regular vet and ER vet, it was approved within 1 day (AMAZINGLY fast!), and they covered everything that was stipulated in the initial paperwork. No surprises, nothing. Furthermore, the CEO reached out to us later and asked us about how Quincy was doing. Just an overall warm and pleasant experience (except for Quincy getting sick). I would recommend this to any and all people who are considering pet insurance - which if you have a labrador, you better seriously think about it!
