Excellent Service

We got Healthy Paws for our 1 and a half year old Pugglebull in Novemeber. Since then she has injured her rear leg and had an upset stomach. The vet bills totalled around $700 together and Healthy Paws covered everything they said they would! The only thing they didn't cover was the Vet Exam and the coinsurance. Healthy Paws has been wonderful to us! It was the best decision we made choosing Healthy Paws for our sweet little girl Roxy!!! I sent my second claim in last night and the claim has already been processed and my check is in the mail. Thank you Healthy Paws!!!!

I'm so lucky to have Healthy Paws coverage!

I bought Healthy Paws insurance right away when I got my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I researched about 20 companies, and ultimately chose Healthy Paws because I felt most comfortable with their mission and trusted that they would do the best they could for my little one. I was right. Since getting insurance, I've had two major scares with my pup. The first is congenitally related -- renal failure at less than 1 year old. Very rare. Healthy Paws covered everything related to the ER Vet visit (90%, and less the copay, exam fee - of course), saving me over $1,000. This weekend, my pup had telescoping of his intestines and needed emergency surgery. I didn't even hesitate when the vet said he would die from this if we didn't do the surgery. I knew Healthy Paws would be there for us. The surgery was over $5,000. I'm so lucky to have coverage for my pup! Get insurance. Get it through this company.

Excellent and Caring Service

My cat Frosty was sick and turned out he had a mass inside his mesentary and my vet had to do a bunch of stuff to see what it is, if it is cancer. Turned out they had to go in nonetheless and operate. He also got kidney failure on top of that. He was in the hospital for 2 weeks and the bill came out to almost $9K. If not for Healthy Paws, I might have been in a serious financial problem.

Friendly, Fast, and Easy

I recently submitted my first claim with Healthy Paws. My 7 month old French Bulldog had contracted Giardia over Christmas. I had to take her to a different vet than her usual one since they were closed for the holidays. Healthy Paws helped me gather her medical records from the new vet, and old vet, saving me the legwork. The claim was processed in a very short amount of time, and they even called to check up on how my dog was doing! I spoke with a couple of different customer service agents, and they were all so nice and helpful, I wish more companies could follow their example.

Why didn't I sign up for this Insurance years ago?

Like many people today, my finances are extremely tight. I delayed in signing up for pet ins. because of the cost & rumors that I've heard about some ins. companies only covering 'certain' claims, etc. The bottom line is the monthly cost is not that expensive considering the peace of mind it gives me & I love my dog. And the rumor that SOME insurance companies give you a hard time about certain claims, is the reason why you have to do your homework! I did, and hands down Healthy Paws Insurance has the best reputation and coverage is great. The staff, in particular Terah & Jen have been outstanding and extremely helpful in walking through the process with me.
