Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

There are tons of pet insurances out there and many promise but I found that only a few deliver. Healthy Paws Pet insurance has always delivered and they have proven over the years that they truly care! Here are my comments in bullet points so it's easier to review:1. 100% reliable and have never been deceptive about their services. they never tried to nickel and dime me 2. prompt reimbursement 3. easy to reach customer service and prompt feedback. Very courteous staff! 4. I am so happy I have an insurance for my pet on my side that makes my pet number one! that gives me peace of mind! 5. their insurance prices are very competitive and their service offering is excellent!

Healthy Paws is incredible. I cannot put a value on the piece of mind Healthy Paws offers. There have been many cases where I have debated whether or not to take Andy to the vet, and in the past probably would have opted not to go because of the cost. I don't worry about this anymore, and I am so sure it has made Andy's life better/happier. More than that, the care the team has for my pet is so clear. Last month Andy got sick and had some significant vet bills. Less then a week after our first vet visit Tim reached out to check on Andy and see how he was doing! Just the fact that they took the time to check in on him was incredible.

I have a 10 month old Labradoodle puppy. When he was just 9 weeks old he got really sick. As a "new parent" it was really scary, and so I made the decision to sign up for pet insurance. After tireless research, Healthy Paws looks to be the best...the price and the coverage was better than anything I had seen. Thankfully, we didn't need to use it. But, recently, my dog needed an emergency endoscopy to remove something he had accidentally eaten. I submitted the claim easily via their website and within less than 24 hours received confirmation that it was completed and a check was on it's way to me. I received the check less than a week after submitting. Not only that, they were in touch to follow up and see how my pup was doing. Like I said, I only wish they covered humans because their care and service trumps any health insurance provider I have ever dealt with.

We think our little 5 month old Golden Retriever ate something poisonous and got liver failure from it. We are still doing blood work every week to monitor his liver toxicity/enzymes level however he is doing a lot better physically! he was hospitalized for 5 days and during this trivial time, healthy paws was god send to us. They gave me some peace and sanity during this time as my hospital bills racked up. Thanks so much to everyone at healthy paws for supporting our finances during this time. I am so fortunate to have found them!!! Everything has been the simplest, easy and efficient. All we had to do was take a photo with the app on my phone, and they would reimburse us within days! Without them, I honestly don't know if I can even afford all the expenses and hospitalization to keep my baby alive. They were just what we needed during this difficult time. Thank you!!! I have had pet insurance with healthy paws for 5 years now and I love them. They are always prompt and easy to deal with. They have covered exactly what they promise. I never have to hassle with them to cover the expenses.
