Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

We've been Healthy Paws Insurance clients for over 3 years. Our three dogs are all insured. We have nothing but positive experience with this company! I've done extensive research of all pet insurances before signing up with them. They're definitely offering much better coverage than other companies often promoted by veterinarian offices. Our claims are ALWAYS processed within two hours(!!!) after submitting via email. The customer service staff is pleasant and helpful. We never had any issues whatsoever. We'd highly recommend Healthy Paws Insurance to all pet parents who care deeply about their furry kids!!!

very very satisfied!!! the staff at healthy paws really care about your pet family member. their main concern is getting your pet back to health .the communication is wonderful. the turnover on a claim is incredibly fast. We have 2 German shepherds our older male is with another well known pet insurance company which service is nowhere near as good healthy paws. I truly wanted to thank the whole staff and health paws for their support...THANK YOU !!!!

Never thought I would need to use my pet insurance. Got it because friends were sharing how expensive veterinary bills can be. Buster, my fur child, had always been health. Well, I am SO happy I didn't procrastinate in getting Healthy Paws insurance . In the last six months he's cracked a tooth, ($1,700) bitten by a tick, ($500), and got a fox-tail in his foot. ($1,100). Each time Healthy Paws was there for us. Took seconds to download the bill and hit submit. Could look on-line that it was received and being processed. In days the check arrived. They even checked to see how he was doing. Having a member of your family injured is stressful. Knowing you can get the best care available to get them healthy is priceless. This is a fabulous insurance company. They are fast, they cover everything they said they'd cover when we signed up. We have had to go to multiple vets in different states while traveling, and processing their claims has never been an issue. I am incredibly grateful that I don't have to second guess any of the tests my vet recommends due to coverage concerns.

I've had occasion to file claims 4 times already for my two dogs and I was so happy I had insurance. Healthy Paws is very clear about what they cover from the beginning so I expected to pay for the office visits and preventative, but for all the treatment and medicines they indeed paid the 90% I'm contracted for. The turnaround time was only 5 or 6 days for a reimbursement check and they even follow up with an email inquiring how they were doing now. It feels like there are some animal lovers at the helm or I wouldn't feel this way. I wish my medical insurance were this caring. They also have a very user friendly website where you can post photos of your beloved pets.
