Excellent insurance.

Healthy Paws is a great insurance plan. Our dog had so many problems with her eyes. Healthy Paws helped make the experiences easier for us. Having to worry about our pet alone was enough. We didn't have to worry about the bills as well. They even emailed to find out how she was doing.

Healthy Paws was the best choice

Our Weimaraner had a tumor removed from his hind quarters in a real high stress area and there have been several complications along with several Vet bills. With every claim submitted we have been contacted by the compassionate people at Healthy Paws to check on his condition, sent a claim status and received the checks right away. We did a lot of homework looking into pet insurance and from our past and current claims know that Healthy Paws is an Amazing company. We want to say Thank You for being there for us and our Best Friend.

Wonderful service!

Our dog was bitten by a rattlesnake. He had to have the anti-venom vial and spend the night at the hospital with an IV for pain & to keep him hydrated. It was a relief to know that we had Healthy Paws pet insurance to help us out. I was very pleased with the fast with my questions & the re-imbursement. Thankfully he is home with us & healthy! I have recommended this company to all of my friends with pets!!

No Nonsense Pet Health Insurance.

My 1 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi decided to eat, on her 1st birthday, some wall patch material that is a caustic poison. It being a holiday for her and the Nation's birthday I had to take her to the ER Veterinarian. The cost was significant for two days of treatment, but after paying my deductible, Healthy Paws paid their portion without the nonsense I get from my own health insurance. It made a scary situation less stressful. Best of all my birthday girl has recovered and is just fine.

Thank you, Healthy Paws Pet Insurance

We are very pleased with the prompt customer service and very quick claim payment. The first claim we submitted took a little longer to process, because we needed to have the vets email medical records in to the insurance company. My vets were happy to do this. This need for medical records was only for very first claim. Subsequent claims were processed within a day or two of submission. It is easy and simple to submit claims. I can see the status of my claims online. And I received checks in the mail almost immediately. We had a few questions about our claims and I could reach the company both by phone and email and my questions were resolved immediately. Staff is very caring, professional and responsive!
