Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I'm so glad we decided to go with Healthy Paws for our cat's insurance. Her ins only kicked in a few days before the big accident. It was a BIG accident -- 3 days in the ICU, over $6k emergency care bill. (AND it was a few weeks before Xmas). I was super worried that we would get grief from the ins company because we had only been members for a week and now there's this huge claim. Didn't have to worry. The vet submitted the claim. I called to see if any paper work was missing. Got to a person immediately. It was awesome. She was super nice. Our claim was processed within a few days and a reimbursement check sent out soon after. Not to sound dramatic, but Healthy Paws kinda saved Xmas. AND they sent us an email asking how our boobear was doing. The email was so simple and sweet and personal. I wish my own health ins was this good. Lifetime members for sure. tldr; I highly recommend. The whole process was handled so quickly and easily. With everything we've been through with this little one, it's nice to know that we don't have to worry about filing claims, paperwork, or disgruntled ins ppl.

Healthy Paws allowed me to make a life or death situation about my dog an easy one. Without their services I truly hate to think what the outcome could have been. My dog got into an entire bottle of ibuprofen while I wasn't home and had to be rushed to the Emergency Vet for immediate care. When the vet told me our dog could be saved but the cost would be in the thousands, I didn't hesitate to agree as I knew that Healthy Paws would cover 80% of the cost per our plan. Luckily our dog pulled through and is totally fine and the cost of his care was far more manageable than what it could have been. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who has pets as they are easy to use, prompt, and reliable. Thank you Healthy Paws!

What can I say about Healthy Paws-other than this company is FANTASTIC! Quick turnaround on payments and NEVER any issues. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!

I signed up for healthypaws a few months after getting our puppy from a local rescue. At first, we paid our monthly premium and never had to use the insurance, but that all changed a few months in when our dog seemed to start getting sick with everything- from mange, a massive hot spot, to the absolute worst being ibuprofen toxicity (my dog will eat anything when I'm not looking. Luckily, Healthypaws covered ALL of the costs associated with his "unluckiness" never making me make my decision about his medical care based solely on cost. I cannot recommend Healthypaws enough to friends and family members who have a pet. Their service is prompt and reliable and I hate to think what the outcome for my dog could have been had I not had their services. THANK YOU Healhtypaws for ultimately saving my dog!

I have had other pet insurance companies before I came over to Healthy Paws...my only regret is that I hadn't switched over to Healthy Paws sooner. I am so impressed with the service and more so with the time frame in which a claim is processed. I receive a response the same day I submit the claim...that is something that allows me to feel very comfortable knowing it is already being addressed and processed. Plus I very much like the fact that a portion of my policy goes to help homeless animals. So comforting knowing my fur-babies are cared for by Healthy Paws.Angelika and her Girls...Jerzee Girl and Mimi
