First Class Insurance

I signed up for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance about 18 months ago, after some bad experiences with another pet insurance company. So far I have had nothing but the highest praise's for Healthy Paws. I have two French Bulldogs on my insurance plan and the policy price is very reasonable. So far I have had to make two claims, Bentley our 3 year old suffered a herniated disc and had to have surgery to repair his back, so he could walk again. The cost of the surgery was around $6K and as soon as I submitted the claim, I was reimbursed 3 days later. Harley our puppy, had some serious stomach issues, that resulted in $2K of medical bills, until her issues were resolved. Again, no trying to deny my claim like my prior insurance company, and I received my reimbursement check within a couple of days. So without a doubt I highly recommend Healthy Paws and their first class operation!

Top notch in all respects

I've had pets insured with other companies before and the superior coverage and truly stellar customer service delivered by Healthy Paws has me wishing I would have enrolled with them before. I have a little pup who, as typical little pup, is into everything. She came down with a gastrointestinal issue and when I took her to hr vet who wanted to immediate xrays to make sure she hadn't ingested anything non-edible (as puppies do!) I didn't have to spend a minute worrying about the cost of her care. My reimbursement was extremely fair and processed very quickly. It's so nice to be not just satisfied, but really pleased with a company's service and plan.

AWESOME!

I have submitted a couple of claims to HP and within a week, I have received payment. My boy Cooper had to have eye surgery and it was over $1200! They covered $1073!! When this happened to his other eye, I had VPI and they didn't cover anything. He also made a trip to the ER for upset stomach and that was $600! HP covered over $400 (had to meet deductible). Healthy Paws is THE best pet insurance company out there. Hopefully I won't need them often but if I do, I know they are there for us!

I have submitted several claims to healthy paws and am always amazed at how promptly they review my claim and reimburse me. I have called a few times with questions and they couldn't be more helpful, nice and genuinely care about what is happening. It comforts me to know that if something should happen to one of my pets I don't have to worry about cost.
