Extremely pleased!
I have had this insurance for the past five years and I have been very pleased overall. Whenever I had a question or needed to submit a claim, it was very easy and it was processed very quickly. I have referred at least three people to get it and the ease of using the mobile app is truly great. Claims are completed within a couple weeks. I am so very happy to have this and would highly recommend it to anyone with a four legged family member!

Best Pet Insurance Around~ Doesn't even compare to other companies!!!
Healthy Paws is hands-down the best pet insurance company available. We have two dogs, a Rhodesian Ridgeback and a Great Dane and did a lot of research prior to ultimately going with Healthy Paws. We couldn't be happier about our choice. Our Ridgeback, Kobe, has suffered from several puppy illnesses this first year and everyone of them has been covered. We only have to take a picture of the itemized invoice from our vet on our cell phone, email it in, and within a few days, we have a reimbursement check with no questions asked, and no claim forms required. Healthy Paws even emailed to check to see if Kobe was feeling better!
This summer, when we got our Great Dane puppy, Nelson, we noticed pet insurance premiums for Danes are higher, so we found a different pet insurance company that was slightly cheaper, by about $10 per month. This company required a pre-authorization form first from our vet and claim forms signed by our vet, and had a very negative tone in every email and correspondence about the consequences of lying on claims. We felt like we were being accused when we hadn't even filed a claim with them!! We have NEVER experienced anything like this with Healthy Paws. We originally thought it would be worth the small monthly savings. We immediately regretted our decision. Within 10 days, we were cancelling this policy and switching Nelson to Healthy Paws as well. We had so much more peace of mind knowing both of our dogs were insured with this company.
Healthy Paws has the best coverage, customer service, and ease of use of any of the policies that we investigated and we looked extensively! Healthy Paws is most certainly the company of choice!

Healthy Paws made a horrific experience easier.
Healthy Paws made a horrific experience easier. My 9 month Maltipoo, 4 lbs. ,Gigi, broke her leg. She had to see an Orthopedic Surgeon and have surgery which required a metal plate and screws. Gigi is still recuperating. The bills, so far, are in excess of $6,000. Healthy Paws followed up and processed the expenses, within three days, and are paying 90% of the costs. I will not have the financial burden of those pet owners that have no pet insurance. I definitely recommend Healthy Paws for all pet owners. Accidents happen. This insurance will give you some piece of mind. Healthy Paws Customer Care Team has been checking up on Gigi's recovery. They have been wonderful.
