My Black Lab, Happy has arthritis, which was pre-existing when I bought his Happy Paws policy. However, he discovered a T-Bone steak bone from goodness knows where, and being the carnivore that he is, must have made quick work of it because when I found him he only had a nubbin left. Their claims department is really friendly and fast, they process claims within 48 hours and never had a problem with them.
