Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have had this insurance for almost 3 years and has not used until this year at the beginning of August. Since thencinas I have had to make 8 claims due to an unexpected issue. My baby recently had surgery and the bill was almost 4000. Healthy Paws sent me an email asking how she was doing and this is what I sent back "Tim Weiss and Healthy Paws,Thank you for asking about my baby Eeyore. she is slow recovering and hopefully will be all healed up soon. We're hoping the surgery solves all of the issues she has been having over the last several months so she can return back to my happy hyper pug!! Thank you for checking on her and processing her claims so quickly. I don't know how we would have survived without her insurance. This crisis was completely unexpected. Hopefully the many years to come are back to being uneventful and just full of happy barks and tail wagging. Thank you again and have a great day Elizabeth and Eeyore".

I've never had pet insurance before because with my two other dogs prior for 14 years never had a problem and when I was at the veterinarian’s office about two years ago with my 2 and 3 year old Aussie girls they mention insurance and gave me a pamphlet to look at and it was another insurance company. Not knowing very much to compare it with I signed up. When I got off the phone I Goggled pet insurance and found Healthy Paws and their plan was so much better than the one I just signed up with that I called immediately back and cancelled with the other company. I just had to use it because of something that my dog ate and got lodged in her intestines and she had to have surgery. Healthy Paws processed and paid the claim in a very reasonable timeframe. I have told anybody I know with a dog which is a lot of people that this company is the one they should be using. I own a company that also provides a service and I know good service when I see it. Health Paws continues to exceed my expectations. Recently my puppy broke a large permanent molar. Healthy Paws covered the cost for him to have a vital pulpotomy that essentially resulted in the preservation of the tooth. I was pleasantly surprised that Healthy Paws would cover a dental procedure and appreciated that personal follow up on how he was doing a few days later. THANK YOU so much.

I have had other insurance and they do not even compare to Healthy Paws. They are the best and make it so easy to use. I just submit my claims from the phone application and they are paid so quickly. Look no further, you cannot go wrong with having Healthy Paws, they ROCK!

I highly recommend Healthy Paws Insurance! I did a lot of research on pet insurance before signing up with Healthy Paws and found by far they offered the best plan options and the best price. Recently my beautiful cat Nina was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and required extensive lab work and radioactive iodine treatment at a specialist. Within days of the claims being submitted I received an email from the Healthy Paws team checking in on Nina’s health and recovery, and informing me her claims were in process for payment. I had a payment check in my mailbox just a few days later! I was so pleased with the personalized and prompt service from Healthy Paws!
