Satisfied with HealthyPaws
My puppy had to have some fairly major procedures related to a digestive problem. I was a little worried because the first sign of health problems started only days after his initial waiting period had ended. The procedures cost several thousand dollars. I submitted my claim, which was easy to do. They did initially try to cancel it due to mistakenly believing he was signed up with a competing insurance but I was able to call in and get through to someone very quickly, and straighten that out. The person on the phone was very nice. HealthyPaws processed my claim very quickly, and then immediately sent me refund checks. I was very happy to have chosen HealthyPaws for my puppy's insurance provider.
