I am so impressed with Healthy Paws that I am just going to post my original email as my review! "Hi Healthy Paws, I am so very, very impressed with your wonderful service - from the start of Bilbo getting sick to quickly settling the claim so I could pay off my credit card immediately. Your caring, thoughtful representatives helped me feel reassured as Bilbo was going through the surgery that the treatment should be covered or at least the claim would be addressed expeditiously. Bilbo is doing much better - he just had his stitches taken out of his tummy yesterday so he can get back into the streams and lakes like the real hiking dog he loves to be. He's delighted that the pillow-of-shame has finally come off!! Thank you again for your caring concern and great service! Sue and Bilbo : ) "

I’m so happy we chose healthy paws! Our dog was acting funny and it turned out he swallowed a carpet staple among other things. He had an overnight stay in the hospital :(. Submitting my claim was quick and easy and I received reimbursement in less than 2 weeks. They even emailed me after to check and see how he was. I definitely recommend Healthy Paws to everyone!

My 4 year old Siberian Husky decided to eat a chew toy last week.. 3 visits to the vet and several X-rays later, it was determined that he needed surgery! The entire incident ending up totaling nearly $7,000! My dog had surgery last week and I have already received my reimbursement(s) from HealthyPaws via direct deposit! Beyond impressive! I had to make several claims due to visiting different vets over a series of days, but the process was beyond simple. I had to upload photos of the invoices that showed what he was treated for and the amount paid, and within days of each claim I received a break down of the reimbursement amount. I also contacted their customer service department via phone at the beginning of the process and I was met with patience, a friendly attitude and a genuine care for my pet. Not to mention, a follow up email checking on my dog (and me)! I cannot say enough about this company. Thank goodness for Healthy Paws pet insurance! My French bulldog recently had to have surgery to remove a bladder stone and then 3 weeks later had a medical emergency that landed him in the hospital for almost a week. Without pet insurance I would never have been able to pursue such extensive veterinary care for him. The Healthy Paws reimbursement policy is fantastic! What a great company!!! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
