Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

This is by far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. My puppy is 1 year and 4 months all claims have been denied by this so called caring company. I was laughed at when trying to appeal the denial of the claim which is possible cancer. Now I’m stuck with thousands of dollars in vet bills and to be laughed at by the agency is just outrageous I can not express enough on how disappointed I am with this company!!!!

Healthy Paws is the best pet insurance on the market! They offer wonderful, unlimited policies and their claim processing is very fast and easy! I am so thankful for Healthy Paws. Our furbabies have suffered some urgent emergency medical situations and Healthy Paws has never let us down! Our three babies are now nine years old and they are going strong, thanks in large part to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!

Thanks to our Healthy Paws insurance policy we were able to get cancer treatment for our 90 lb Bernese Mountain Dog. After the $500 deductible we were reimbursed for 80% of all charges except for the exam fees. Filing claims is fast and easy and we received our reimbursements by direct deposit within 10 days of filing every claim! Our vet bills totaled around $7,000 or more and our share ended up being about $2,000. Without this insurance we would not have been able to get our precious girl any treatment. That would have been heartbreaking. We cannot say enough good things about Healthy Paws!

The process was quick and simple and I got my money back within 10 days. It was by far the best decision I have ever made and I would recommend insuring every pet you own with healthy paws. I have gone through other pet insurance companies before who have a ton of fine print and only cover certain diagnoses and clearly try to get out of paying you back in any way possible, but healthy paws gave me no problems at all with reimbursing me, and even emailed me to check up on his health. I remember searching for insurance companies for my cat, and if you are reading this, please stop your search and go through healthy paws! I literally can’t recommend them enough.

Our dog started having what we thought were seizures. Our vet told us to go to a speciality hospital for animals where we were introduced to a neurologist. They had to run a battery of tests and MRI to make a diagnosis and treat our dog. Thanks to Healthy Paws they had the claim paid within one day and EVERYTHING was covered. Thank you Healthy Paws for everything. I am a loyal client for life!
