We had it a little over two years when my dog suddenly had a very unexpected surgery come up (found out on a Thursday surgery was needed and it was scheduled for that following Monday). From the claims process to reimbursement Healthy Paws staff was caring and understanding. It took only a couple of weeks from start to finish.

Healthy Paws is an outstandingly reliable pet insurance for the pooch! I was terribly scared when my two year old puppy got pneumonia. I rushed him to the hospital where he stayed for 3 days so he could be under supervised professional care. The final bill came to over $5000. While we were able to pay the bill, it was a huge relief to know that Healthy Paws is there and will reimburse me a good chunk of that change. I cannot say enough good about this service! They deserve an A+ in my book.
