Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I've been a customer of Healthy Paws for 3 years and when our border collie needed emergency surgery, they made the process easy from start to finish. We also received our reimbursement very quickly. They even sent an email as a follow up to make sure our pup was doing well after the surgery. It is this great customer service, quality of product and kindness that makes me recommend this company very highly.

We have been a member for about 3 months and my dog ended up in the emergency room over a holiday weekend. Filing the claim to receiving the reimbursement took one week. I was so surprising the speed and level of quality service. They even followed up about her recovery. If you are looking for a reliable, quick, no-hassle insurance this is your company

We owe Healthy Paws a big thank you. Without them, we would not be able to provide the level care that we would want for our dog. Gizmo got a lepto infection that caused his chronic kidney disease to worsen. Subsequently, this caused secondary issues with his liver and GI tract. Poor pup spent a week in the hospital, and later returned after being discharged due to relapse. We were incredibly thankful for Healthy Paws insurance. With Healthy Paws, we could focus on getting our pup better instead of worrying about the finances of it all. They covered thousands of dollars in his hospital bill and medications. They even checked up on him after he was discharged. It was such a nice and thoughtful gesture! Submitting a claim was super easy and fast! I used the app. With the needed documentation, the claim went through in a matter of days and received the check a week later. I have nothing but praise for Healthy Paws! They really are the best.

Couldn't be simpler. I would recommend healthy paws to anyone who has pets. I have been in the position where my pet was very ill and we had no insurance. Never again! This last time my dog Flash was ill we were able to focus 100% on his care and not worry at all about the cost. I can't say enough good things about this company and the simplicity. Healthy Paws has been great at handling our claims during a particular hard time when our french bulldog is suffering from issues related to allergies not yet identified. Pippa (our frenchie) seems to be reacting well to the treatment and hope to finally address the itchiness that has persisted for months now. Healthy Paws was for sure the best choice for pet insurance.
