Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have been with Healthy Paws for 4 years now. I would like everyone to know that Healthy Paws does EXACTLY what they tell you they will do. They have NEVER wavered, given me any grief, tried to wiggle out of any coverage, since I first signed up with them. I have two dogs that developed lifetime, life-threatening illness after they were already covered by Healthy Paws. This company not only covered the initial expenses related to these illness, (and they were VERY expensive), but they have also covered the continuing monthly expenses for EACH dog as well. Never have they deserted us in our time of need, or made it difficult for me to file a claim and receive payment. Without them standing by their policy it would be monumentally difficult to continue the medical treatments these dogs need as they are EXTREMELY expensive. I thank them everyday and can not say enough good things about them!!! Anyone who covers their dogs with this company can rest easy knowing if their dog or cat should become ill, even with an ongoing, lifetime illness, Healthy Paws will be there for them!! I have had insurance for my dog Gracie for five years and I will admit, there were times I wondered if I wasn't throwing my money away. But I kept the insurance because I didn't want to face the day when I had to choose between finances and my dogs health. That day unfortunately did come recently and Healthy Paws did exactly what they said they would, they reimbursed 90% of very expensive procedures, without questioning or trying to avoid payment like many insurance companies do in your time of need. They check in on Gracie and generally care about the well-being of your pet. I highly recommend this company for Pet Insurance.

They are the best company ever....I have a Shepard who has had issues with tumors and they have been wonderful.

Healthy Paws have truly been Amazing. My kitten at 6 months old broke her leg badly in a few places after a big fall. Needless to say I was a mess and we had a month of in and out of the vet with 6 cast changes, an infection, and lots of medication. Healthy Paws checked in on us all the time and the reimbursement process was so easy and the customer service was amazing. I only wish my health insurance was as good as my kittens! Thank you Healthy Paws, we really, really are grateful for all your care!

My boyfriend and I decided to look into getting our new puppy Paisley Pet Insurance, after having medical issues with our last dog. We began doing a lot of research and decided to go with Healthy Paws. They have different plans to choose from, and if you have any questions they are super easy to get a hold of a live person, to help! Well we made the right decision, at just under 2 years old Miss Paisley needed TPLO surgery. She is doing great and Thanks to Healthy Paws who made the claim process quick and easy, gave us plenty of time to be with our snuggle monster! What impressed me the most was the follow up emails to check in and make sure she was doing well! I recommend Healthy Paw to anyone looking for that little extra security for those furry family members!!!!
