Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

It is a no brainer, we have filed 10 claims on our pet, Dewey and not one has been turned down or questioned. The staff is excellent and seem to care about your pet. After Dewey's last surgery, we were reimbursed before his stitches were even removed. Now that is what I call service. We have enrolled Dewey since we adopted from the local pound at 3 months old. Our last dog vet bills were outrageous because he was diagnosed with Cushings Disease at the age of 7 and had to have medications for the rest of his life at a cost of $120.00 a month. (Boo-boo lived to be 18 years and 9 months, never expected that.) Every pet from now on will be insured with Healthy Paws, it's a decision we have never regretted. Don't delay and check them out, you won't regret it.

We have had healthy paws insurance for our dog since we first adopted him 7 years ago. Our poor little guy has had several major health issues in the past couple years and healthy paws has been awesome in terms of their coverage, their customer service, and the ease of filing claims. We are especially grateful that there are no lifetime caps on coverage of chronic conditions. Healthy paws has saved us thousands of dollars, and, more importantly, we are able to give our dog the care he needs without having to weigh the expense of care against his quality of life. Really thrilled with this company.

I was skeptical at first because this was our first time getting pet insurance. We chose healthy paws due to other user reviews and i'm glad we did. Our pup maddy got a rare cancer at about 1.5 years old. Everything was covered as stated other than the dr fees ( which can be pricey at an emergency/specialty clinic). The claims process is very simple. Just download the app, and upload a picture of the bill. Very simple, and once it's completed you can check on the app and it lays everything out for you. Unfortunately maddy didn't make it long...when we uploaded her final bill within days they cancelled the policy and refunded the overpayment to my account. I even received a sympathy card in the mail from them which i thought was very nice. I am still waiting on my refund checks, but i called and they were able to tell me when they were mailed and i should have them very soon. I will definitely choose this company for our next beloved pet! Anytime i called they were very kind and helpful!

I love this insurance, they are really caring and they are so helpful. I cant ask for a better insurance.
