Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

When we adopted our dog Feliz from SPCA he was 8 weeks old. As new puppy owners we didn’t anticipate any major health issues when we signed up for Healthy Paws Insurance. But of course things happen. At 6 months of age Feliz suffered from HGE and was hospitalized for 5 days. Recently he has been diagnosed with partially torn ACL and surgery was recommended. Both times Healthy Paws was wonderful with providing support in processing his claims in a timely manner so we can cover Feliz’s medical expenses without additional and unnecessary stress. We received kind words of sympathy and good wishes of speedy recovery. Thank you Healthy Paws!

We have two young Old English Bulldogs, and I was hesitant about spending the money for two dogs, on insurance. However, like most things, my wife talked me into it. THANK GOD!!! We are now going to physical therapy with our 1 1/2 old female after double ACL surgery and they didn't bat an eye about the surgery. They dealt with the hospital directly, and made a very stressful situation that much easier to deal with.

Toby is doing amazingly well. The first 10 day were very heartbreaking but he overcame the hardest part and now we continue to make sure he makes a full recovery. The doctor was very happy to see that Toby is doing well so far. I honestly can't thank you enough for all the help. I'm so impressed and beyond happy with Healthy Paws being so committed and helpful. We love Toby so much!!! he is our little boy in the family and want to ensure that his health is 100%. I feel so grateful and blessed to have chosen Healthy Paws for Toby's insurance. Once again, I can't express enough how thankful I am. Toby has a follow-up on October 18, 2017. The doctor will check him and give us instruction on what restrictions to continue for his full recovery. Thank you!

I insure 3 dogs (Joey, a Havanese, Jingles, a Maltese and Frazier, a chocolate lab) with Healthy Paws and I am very happy with their product and services. They are very easy to work with. They are very prompt in processing claims and their explanations as to services covered are clear and easy to understand. Although my Maltese is only 3 years old, she's had some significant health issues which would have been very costly without coverage from Healthy Paws. The customer service folks are a joy to work with and very professional. I started with Jingles on Healthy Paws and added each subsequent addition to our family as they joined the family: I never considered another pet insurance due to my very positive experience with Healthy Paws.

Healthy Paws was so helpful when our Tucker needed surgery. The claims went through quickly and were paid right away witch was so important to us. Everyone we have ever dealt with was amazing. The company is extremely customer oriented and I am so glad we decided on them.
