Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

When selecting which pet insurance to purchase, I selected Healthy Paws because of its high rating not really ever thinking that I’d need it. Thank goodness I did! One of my cats has had 3 urinary blockages (which can be life threatening to cats) in the past 12 months and finally needed an extensive surgery to prevent future blockages. Submitting my claims were super easy on my phone app. Healthy Paws processed all my claims expeditiously with no issues. Healthy Paws played a crucial role in alleviating the stress of caring for my fur baby. Healthy Paws made it possible for me to concentrate on providing the appropriate medical care and recovery for my cat. Best pet insurance ever!!! -MK

My Cockapoo "Finn" has required 2 major surgeries within 1 year. Healthy Paws has been exemplary in their concern for Finn as well as prompt payment of the claims. I have recommended Healthy Paws to my entire neighborhood and friends at the local dog park. In a perfect world all insurance companies would operate at this superior level. Thank you, again!!

I have had pet insurance policies with 3 other companies and can say that Healthy Paws has BY FAR the best customer service and fastest claim processing of all of them. I have had 2 dogs with cancer, one with an eye injury and a fourth who required a splenectomy and have not had to jump through hoops one time to get a claim processed or been hit with a significant premium increase or had my coverage being changed (reduced) due to a carrier change as I have with other companies. They are definitely worthy of their high ratings!

I can't tell you how happy I am with your company. I was crushed when I learned that my dog had to have ACL surgery. The people at Healthy Paws are actual real people. They helped every step of the way and checked in on Rocky throughout the process. Even little things like calling back when they said they would, reaching out to my primary vet as well as the surgeon to track down info and records so I didn't have to. Not to mention the coverage! Healthy Paws is a wonderful company! I cannot say that about any other insurance companies I have experience with (including human). Lexie, my Dobe has had two surgeries over the past couple of weeks. Healthy Paws is simple to use and payouts are quick. There has been no quibbling over loopholes or legalese. I have been able to concentrate on Lexie’s health, not on how to pay the bills. They are also compassionate, checking with me on how she’s doing. My health insurance had never done this! I find Healthy Paws to be ethical and impressive!
