Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have many friends who are dog lovers and I always encourage them to buy HealthyPaws insurance for their pets. I am a firm believer of insurance and just cannot understand why every pet owner does not have it. What does a premium cost - one dinner out a month etc. Our friends just bought your insurance and I am in the process of convincing a family member. I've had healthy paws insurance for almost five years now for my dog Dexter. It's been the wisest investment I've made in years. The policy and protection are first rate. The cost is very reasonable. The claims process is quick and easy. Plus they have paid without issue on every single claim. I will be with them for life for all my pets.

We, previously, had a sweet boy that required quite a bit of healthcare. We swore that when we ever added another dog to our family, we would obtain pet insurance from day one. This is the best way to cover everything that might happen.....no pre-existing conditions to contend with. I did my research and we went with Healthy Paws, based on the excellent reviews. Our Cavalier will only be turning 5 next week, but she has the unfortunate mitral valve prolapse, that is not uncommon in this breed. She has had two cardiac specialist appts. so far, both covered for the 80% policy that we chose. She recently went to the pet emergency clinic for, what was diagnosed with back pain/injury. It was late at night and she was in obvious pain. We have had prompt reimbursement and can't recommend Healthy Paws more highly.

Without Healthy Paws we would not be able to afford the medical care costing thousands of dollars to save our shelter dog's life.

My husky-boxer mix, Xena, recently went through 2 operations removing 3 cysts within a month a part from each other. Healthy paws, made it so convenient in filing a claim with their easy to use app. I didn't need to worry about any paperwork. They were very prompt with processing the claim. Covered 90% of the costs. Check in the mail. And they actually followed up with me to see how she was recovering from her surgeries! Very pleased with their genuine service! Exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend this insurance!!!
