Great program, super easy to use with their app, and awesome customer service. All I have to do is submit photos of my itemized vet receipts through the Healthy Paws app to get reimbursed! They have options to get reimbursed by check or direct deposit and they provide updates throughout the claim process for you. I’ve submitted dozens of claims over the past 6 or so years for my dog who has multiple issues and I’ve always been pleased with Healthy Paws!

Hands down one of the greatest companies I've ever dealt with in my life. I have two dogs. My bulldog has had Healthy Paws since 2005 and she has given them a run for their money. Multiple mast cell tumor removals, hospitalizations, and weeks of radiation plus all the normal stuff that happens. They've always been supportive, gone above and beyond to assist me financially, and always follow up on her recovery. When I adopted my pit, I insured her the next day. It's already come in handy. The people who work and own this company truly care about your pets. Doesn't matter how old they are, you should sign up. Because whatever help they can give, is better than taking that on yourself. A sick pet and the cost of it, causes anxiety in everyone. When you know you have a company like Healthy Paws that will help you carry that burden, it makes all the difference in the world. They make it as easy as humanly possible to for you. They have an app you can take a pic of the vet invoice before you even leave the office, they process in up to 7 days, usually earlier, and direct deposit as an option to have that money back in your account before you even miss it. You don't need to look any further or compare any plans...this is the one. Luna, Elli and I love Healthy Paws and thank you every day!

I was prompted to get pet insurance after having a scare with my pup back in 2015. I did some research and went with Healthy Paws since they had such positive ratings and some of the best coverage. I'm so glad I did! My dog doesn't have a lot of claims, but recently required surgery on his leg which was incredibly expensive. Healthy Paws processed the claim quickly and covered it all. It's such a relief to have a company with such great service. Their app makes it so simple to submit a claim, and they always process them quickly. I have coverage for both of my dogs through Healthy Paws, and will be their customer for life!

Claim was easy to file on line, updated my claim via email on a regular basis without having to double check. I filed my claim, it was reviewed and posted for payment within a week. I would highly recommend this pet insurance, handled better than most health insurance claims. Dave
