There’s a reason Healthy Paws is rated highly in terms of customer service. My dog has been insured with Healthy Paws since 2014. First off, the premium did not increase for almost 5 years. This year was the first hike in the premium and it was only a few bucks more (trust me – the price is still very worth it for their customer service). My dog was diagnosed with a bladder infection and stones on December 1st with a scheduled surgery on December 4th. The claim was filed on December 5th and I received a reimbursement check in less than a week. The total for the surgery was $3,000 and the only documents they asked for was the health history of my dog. They even sent a follow up email to check up on her! Little things like that really make me appreciate Healthy Paws. Purrrfect customer service and quick to reimburse claims.

I have a six year old german shepherd. Unfortunately he already has had more than his share of problems from herniated discs to cancer. They have very easy claims submission, and the app is great. Fast claims processing as well, and direct deposit reimbursements. Highly reccomend.

My 5-year old female Pomeranian accidentally broke one of her front leg two months ago.
