Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have been a Healthy Paws member since February 2017 and I can safely say that signing up for their pet insurance program is one of the best decisions I have made in regards to caring for my dog. I have had to file claims on 3 separate occassions and in each instance the process was simple, quick and stress-free, allowing me to focus on the health of my dog. I was able to easily upload images of the invoices to the app and was promptly reimbursed 3 business days later. The annual deductible as opposed to a per incident deductible along with a 15 day waiting period for hip and knee claims differntiated Healthy Paws from their competition. These factors made selecting Healthy Paws as my insurance company of choice a no-brainer.

Frog had the surgery he needed and I have been able to concentrate on his recovery without the stress of the financial burden. As I said, getting Healthy Paws insurance was the best decision I made for Frog.

I am extremely happy that I chose Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I have my first puppy, Poppy, and she likes to eat everything! Well, she ate a piece of toy and needed to get an endoscopy to remove it. After everything settled, I filed my claim online which was very easy. They quickly informed me what information I needed to supply them. I highly recommend this pet insurance company. The claim process is so simple, they don’t ask for tons of paperwork, cover everything I have submitted, and I am reimbursed straight to my bank account in less than a week. My lab was recently really sick and they even personally emailed me to see how she was doing. On top of a great insurance company, they are very thoughtful and hands on!
