My pets deserve the very best!!!

I can’t tell you how much I LOVE this insurance company. I have had several claims for my cat Maxwell Edison including 2 surgeries. They process the claims very fast and can even direct deposit your money. So easy to file a claim as well. Download the app, set up your profile. To file a claim you go into the app, snap a pic of your itemized vet statement and send! They are really thoughtful and will send emails to check up on your baby’s health! I LOVE them and I know you will too! They are the peace of mind you need as a pet parent 😻

They have paid all of my claims promptly

I have had nothing but good experiences with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, 9 months in. They have paid each of my claims within two weeks of submission through their easy-to-use online submission page. I was leery of what pet insurance would actually cover and have been very pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone considering insurance for their pets.

Awesome company, wish human insurance was so great!

I have been a Healthy Paws parent since 2012. In 2007 we spent $22,000 saving a dog who was like a child to us. I swore I would never do it again. He lived 10 more happy years. In 2012 I lost another dog because I couldn't afford the surgery. I was heartbroken. Healthy Paws has been there for me ever since. Their rates are comparable or better than even a large employer group plan. You can customize the plans to your needs. The staff is very helpful and friendly, always recognizing milestones with an acknowledgment. Their system for uploading vet invoices couldn't be easier. I get home from the vet, log on with my phone, snap the picture of the invoice and it is uploaded instantly. Usually within 24 hours there is a response that they are dealing with the information. For instance my puppy ate an indigestible piece of rubber, had major surgery for a significant sum of money. He came home on a Wednesday, I sent the invoice about 5pm the same day and they cut my reimbursement check on Friday. Today I received an personal note asking how he was after surgery. I tell everyone. Can't recommend them more. I wish humans could be cared for so well.

Healthy Paws is the only Pet Insurance you should be considering!

My partner and I adopted a deaf Australian Shepherd puppy named Lola (~6 months old). Roughly 4 months after having her we noticed her front leg was growing very crookedly. We consulted with our vet who said Lola had what is called an angular limb deformity, and recommend that we go forward with surgery so Lola can have the best life possible as she grows older. Our bills ended up totaling around $5,000 and Healthy Paws was so incredibly supportive through the entire process - beginning with the initial x-rays to providing support post-surgery. They were quick with payment and every time I called I had an agent that was immediately helpful. My partner and I are thankful that we decided to choose Healthy Paws as our Pet Insurance! We couldn't have financially done it all without them!
