Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Without Healthy Paws, my Dog wouldn't be with us today. There's no way we could have afforded all the treatment and surgeries my unlucky Boxer Daughter has needed over the year. It has been a hassle free experience from day 1, and they've only ever shown earnest care in the well being of our furry family members.

Our dog was unexpectedly very sick in a very expensive way. I couldn't be more glad that we had Healthy Paws catastrophic, 80% coverage insurance. Based on my own experience with my human health insurance, I was expecting some push back from Healthy Paws as our bills continued to pile up. Instead, Healthy Paws quickly approved and reimbursed my claims, even checking in on my dog! What a great company. Would recommend to anyone.

My healthy high energy husky had a previously undetected heart murmur that was found when I took her to the vet to have her spaded.. She was in early heart failure due to a PDA, Patent Ductus Arterious and was given a poor prognosis of 6 months to live unless the hole in her blood vessels was patched. She was put on 3 medications twice a day and her vet advised us to have surgery to repair the hole. I could not believe it as this dog had boundless energy and now we had to limit her activity to minimum walking. Fortunately I had Healthy Paws pet insurance because I work in the medical field and I know how expensive medical costs are. Healthy Paws pays 80% and I get reimbursed within a week after I send the vet's bills and medical records..

I am so thankful that I chose Healthy paws for my dogs Annya and Belen. Never wanted something bad happen but it did. Sadly the young one was diagnose with chronic liver diseases, and since then so many bills so much pain trying to save her. She wa suffering and now seems that she is better.
