I have told waiting rooms full of pet parents about how great I have been treated by Healthy Paws. No pet owner EVER wants to say they can't do something to help their beloved pet because the treatment was too expensive. If you have this insurance you will NEVER have to say that and Healthy Paws will never let you down. My beloved Golden Retriever, Cali, recently passed away. She was covered by Healthy Paws. When she got cancer they were there every step of the way helping me cover the vet bills. I will be FOREVER grateful to Healthy Paws for coverage. Lady is 8 months old and fractured her knee. We got her at 4 months and Healthy Paws was recommended to us. We didn’t even know there was pet insurance companies out there. We almost did not buy a policy. But for only $36 per month we decided to go ahead and sign up with Healthy Paws and it was the best decision I ever made. Her surgery and care came to 4K and Healthy Paws covered 90% according to the policy we purchased. But here is the most amassing part; their communication with me was unbelievable. Every question I had was answered over the phone or email. Their response time was next day by email and they actually answered the phone when I called. I have told all our friends and co-workers who have pets about Healthy Paws Insurance. One more thing. The people who answer the phones are sympathetic and understanding. They realize your pet is family.

My Elsie just recently had knee ( TPLO) surgery & we were reimbursed 70% within 2 wks !!! And she is now going to have a 2nd knee done end of June !!!... So thankful to have Healthy Paws as her Insurance Co.!!!!!!!
