Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I highly recommend this pet insurance company. The claim process is so simple, they don’t ask for tons of paperwork, cover everything I have submitted, and I am reimbursed straight to my bank account in less than a week. My lab was recently really sick and they even personally emailed me to see how she was doing. On top of a great insurance company, they are very thoughtful and hands on!

We were encouraged by a neighbor of our son to look into purchasing pet insurance for our three year old standard poodle and suggested Healthy Paws. We were very happy that we did take the advice as our litttle girl needed ACL surgery about a year later and then the other rear ACL needed surgery about a year later. Both claims to Health Paws went in and paid without a hitch. We couldn't be happier.

Not only is there always a lovely person on the line to talk to (one even cried with me as I expressed my fears about losing my beloved dog) but their coverage actually extended my dog's life! Time and time again, they have removed really hard decisions for us and given us the space to know we tried everything we could to make his end of life better. As someone very active in the dog rescue community, I sing their praises to everyone I come in contact with. I will be forever grateful for their support, their kindness, and the extra time they gave us with our darling family member.
