Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

This insurance is so insanely amazing. We have three dogs, all of which who have used Healthy Paws Insurance with both chronic issues and emergencies. I have NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING. My reimbursements come back directly into my bank account. I have called with questions, and have always felt as though I was more than appreciated, and couldn't have asked to speak with nicer/more informed people. I recently used Direct Pay in an emergency with one of our Border Collies. Healthy Paws paid the entire bill upfront for Luna's surgery after my husband and I had spent all the money we had for bills for the month on pre-surgical imaging and testing the day before. I don't know what we would do without this insurance. I feel I can totally be confident in the fact my dogs will always be covered in an emergency, even if I do not have the money right then at that moment. It is also affordable to me, because of Healthy Paws, to be able to get that test the vet always offers 'just to be sure', when something is wrong. I don't need to think about how I may need to pay for the electric that month versus get that ultrasound for one of our dogs... To say Healthy Paws is perfect wouldn't even be enough!!! For starters, if you have a pet and love them, you absolutely have to get pet insurance. Your pet might be the picture of health right now, and is hard as it might be to think about right now, there will be a time when that's no longer the case. No one beat father time and sometimes injury and sickness hit when they're young. Vet bills, especially Emergency vet bills can be outrageously expensive. I'm talking refinancing your mortgage expensive. You shouldn't have to make the choice between getting your beloved pet the care they need or mortgaging your financial future. The good news is that you don't have to. Healthy Paws was recommended to me by a Vet that i trusted when my best buddy, Petey (border collie mix), was 10 years old and signing up with them is quite literally one of the most important decisions I've ever made. Without Healthy Paws my boy wouldn't be with me. Healthy Paws has been INCREDIBLE! They have covered every single expense as they said they would and they process the claims quickly. Their customer service is fantastic and there is nothing bad that I can say about them. I'm sure there are other great pet insurance companies out there, but I chose Healthy Paws and I can honestly say that you should too.

Healthy Paws is a wonderful insurance company. The premiums are very reasonable, but expect them to go up slightly every year. They make the process of submitting a claim quick and easy. My dog had emergency surgery and ended up hospitalized for many days after as she did not recover well. They reviewed and covered everything that was supposed to be covered by my policy without any hold ups or having to call and argue about coverage. They upstanding and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you Healthy Paws, for letting us focus on our sweet pup during a very scary time!

Our dogs have been insured via HealthyPaws pet insurance for over 5 years. If you do your research, you will find this company writes their policies with very comprehensive coverage. They make filing claims easy and painless as well as paying those claims covered in a very timely manner. They have a claims payment option for direct deposit into your bank account and have recently improved that service even though it was very efficient before the improvement. They also have an auto pay option for premium payment which we take full advantage of to eliminate any potential late payment problems. All in all, a great company to work with and we feel very safe having our two dogs covered by such a strong company.

I have never had a more pleasant experience with insurance company in the whole life, I will give healthy paws 100 ...Going through cancer without one dog and having them on her side helping us financially so we never had to make a decision between our dog and money, I would recommend them to any person that asked me about pet insurance so thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏻 🙏🏻
