Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

As proud parents of 6 young Brussels Griffons, we have found Healthy Paws Insurance to be an exceptionally great fit for our family. The process to submit claims takes 1-2 minutes, and approval is usually made within a couple of days. Last year we found out the father of some of our kiddos was needing a home. We jumped at the chance. The first phone call after we got him home was to Healthy Paws. He was 9 years old, and we didn't think he'd be insurable. Think again: his monthly premium was only slightly higher than the youngsters. His deductible and co-pay was a little more, but quickly doing the math, it was still a fantastic value. We have had our 7 Brussels Griffons all on the Healthy Paws insurance for the last 3 years. The process to submit a claim online is beyond simple (takes about 2 minutes), and most claims are processed within just a couple days. Reimbursement is very quick too.. Recently 2 of our babies racked up hefty medical bills in the span of the same week. It was very comforting to know that Healthy Paws was there for us. Great customer service, and absolutely a fantastic value!

I cannot say enough about how great Healthy Paws is. Our 3-year-old malamute mix suffered a traumatic hyper-extension injury to his left wrist. The repair involved two surgeries, endless medications for pain and sedation, multiple casts and x-rays, and intensive physical therapy over more than 6 months and Healthy Paws has supported us unequivocally, paying every reimbursement promptly and checking in on our dog's progress to make sure we're all doing well. I am so grateful for their help. We could absolutely not have afforded to do this without them and our guy would have probably lost the leg. Healthy Paws is frankly better than any health insurance I or my pets have ever had, and I will never use another company again. Thanks to Healthy Paws for my healthy pup.
