Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Our dog was hospitalized for three nights for gastroenteritis two weeks ago, and we were able to make sure he got the care he needed because we knew Healthy Paws had us covered. Our overall vet bill was over $2800, and Healthy Paws paid for over $1800 of it--we got the check yesterday! They even followed up with us to check on him and see how his tummy was. We're very grateful for Healthy Paws--and Hank is too!

We love Healthy Paws! I have three dogs and a cat. One of our dogs has allergy issues and another has recently started having seizures, so we have plenty of experience using Healthy Paws' service. The customer service is great, the claim process is simple and the reimbursements come back within a few days. I highly recommend them!

Sir Stubert, (Stubie) has had some ups and downs in his 8 years. When he was a puppy, he had a very complicated fracture of his femur. Healthy Paws covered the surgeries and the rehabilitation. Stubie went on to become a wonderful, sought after, Therapy Dog. Within the past year he's had a series of health issues, each of which have required extensive testing and treatments. Finally, and sadly, we now know that a very rare auto-immune disease has been causing him lots of troubles. Even a few years ago, we would have lost him. But thanks to some amazing veterinarians working as a team, Stubie now is receiving treatment. We're hoping by summer he'll be back making his visits with kids with special needs, stressed out students, eldery and disabled people, and .he'll be back to walks in the woods.
