Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I HAD A RECOMENDATION FOR THIS INSURANCE AND PURCHASED IT WITHIN THE WEEK AFTER I GOT MY DOBERMAN PUPPY. THE SECOND MONTH HE GOT VERY SICK AND WE FOUND OUT HE HAD AN INTESTINAL BLOCKAGE FROM EATING A CAT TOY. $3000 OF SURGERY LATER I SUBMITTED THE CLAIM AND WAS VERY SUPRISED WHEN IT WAS PROCESSED AND THEY PAID OVER $2000 OF THE BILL AFTER MY DEDUCTABLE AND THE 20% COPAY. THANK GOD. VERY HAPPY WE HAVE IT AND IT IS WORTH IT.

Our family is so grateful to have Healthy Paws insurance for our sweet Bonita. I am not tech savvy and found it extremely easy to file a claim! The process is super quick too! She had surgery on Monday, I submitted the claim Tues and the claim was completed by Friday with reimbursement into my bank by Monday. One week from start to finish and it was a large claim. Without Healthy Paws we could not afford this surgery for her. Customer Service is outstanding, very quick and caring. We have received 2 emails checking in on how our Bonita is doing. I highly recommend this insurance. It's the most stress-free insurance we've ever had.

Our Bree had a torn ACL along with a torn cartilage. We were devastated for her and for us as we knew this would challenge her physically and us financially. As a puppy, we got Healthy Paws Insurance for her not knowing if we would ever have to use it. After her diagnosis all we could think of was the day we signed her up. That was the best thing we ever did. Not only is Healthy Paws Insurance the best, but their customer service the most caring people I have ever had to deal with. They truly care what your furbaby is going through. And at the same time, took the financial burden from us. Our Bree had her surgery on a Monday and they reimbursed a huge portion of her entire surgery on Wednesday, just 2 days after her surgery. This is incredible! I was referred to Healthy Paws by a friend, he had such great experiences with the coverage and ease of claims. I wasn't sure if I would need pet insurance when I adopted my Z, but I'm SO glad I did. She is a great dog, but she likes to chase bunnies, and injured her doggie "ACL" running a few weeks ago. I was told how expensive the surgery was, and I don't know what i would have done without Healthy Paws covering much of the costs. I was nervous about submitting claims, but they were processed very fast and I had my reimbursement in a week. I use the Healthy Paws app and just upload the invoice from the veterinarian, so so easy. My Z is recovering well and I am so glad this experience went so well!

Healthy Paws was recommended to me by my adult children who own dogs. My 3 year old rescue needed diagnostic procedures to rule out serious disease. Healthy Paws consumer service was simply the best throughout the process. I really like the ease of submitting claims through their phone app. They deserve a rating of 10/10 in all areas.
