Embrace Pet Insurance's new Wellness Rewards Plan certainly pays off! Who can turn down paying $149 for $200 in return on veterinary services and products we pay for anyway? The Wellness Rewards Plan does not involve a deductible because it is not insurance. When I purchased a 6 pack of Revolution via Drs. Foster and Smith on two occasions, I submitted scans of a claim form and the invoice via email and Embrace made direct deposits to our checking account for the full amount within 2 weeks. The amount was deducted from the $200 limit on the Wellness Rewards plan for each of our dogs. Most recently, we took our two girls in for their annual exams and vaccines. I submitted the invoices and claim forms, as above, and direct deposits for the exam and vaccines up to the remainder of the $200 maximum were received within 2 weeks again! We've loved Embrace Pet Insurance since we first took out policies on our 3 dogs in June 2007. They've always processed claims quickly and we love that we can customize a plan that fits our budget (choice of deductible, coverage, etc.). The staff is always kind and very helpful. In late October, we had to say a final good-bye to our oldest dog due to bone cancer. Embrace was beside us during the entire illness and at the end. We even received individual emails from Embracers expressing their condolences - very touching, yet surprising from a business. I signed up for pet insurance in Sept 2010 after thinking about it for about a year. I have two pets and the Dr visits themselfs where costing me more then I could handle at times. I thought what would I do if something major happened to either of my pets? How could I afford to take care of it? Would I have that conversation with myself saying does my pet really need this when I can't afford it or do I get the treatment and hope I can somehow pay for it. Well that senerio happened about 1 month after I signed my pets up for the Embrace insurance. Oct of 2010 my dog had broken a tooth. Not just any tooth but a molar. I had my regular vet give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. The estimate was for an extraction for around $1200.00 I was shocked. I submitted it to the Embrace Insurace. While I was waiting for a reply a friend who is a vet noticed that she had broken the other molar on the other side of her mouth and suggested I go see a specilist because now my dog had two major broken teeth. In the mean time, I had recieved a reply from Embrace saying the insurance would cover about 3/4 of the first estimate and they also showed concern for my pet and what we were going through. It was nice that the paperwork part of having insurance was not just paperwork. Having the knowledge that my pet was covered by Embrace Insurance going in to the appiontment with the specialist gave me comfort knowing that what ever the estimate was from this specialist I would b

I was very skeptical when I first signed up with Embrace for our new Aussie puppy and our older Aussie. After 3 claims on the puppy and one on the older dog, I am impressed. Everything was just as stated in the policy. My vet's charges were in line with the schedule of benefits and 80% of what I paid was promptly refunded to me. Thank you Embrace for a great product.

My love is for large breed dogs and their vet bills can add up very quickly. We lost our last rottie to cancer several years ago. I called him our platinum plated baby because we paid for all his expenses out of pocket. I don't regret a dime, but after several years of chemo treatments, I knew the next puppy we got would have health insurance. I did ALOT of homework into pet insurance before I settled on Embrace. Could not be happier 4 years later. Great company with great pet people. The 1st year our bullmastiff was perfectly healthly, then the 1st knee went, so here was the 1st TPLO, the next year the 2nd knee went with the same repair. Both are very costly repairs. Embrace does not predetermine what each breed of dogs are predisposed to and tell you they will not treat for that while others do. Why have the insurance if they are going to do that? While the TPLO's have been the major expenses, Embrace is easy to deal with on any level of treatment depending on what policy you choose. Again, this is a great company.

Started with Embrace after a rather horrible 12 months period with my three dogs. It has functioned as I had hoped. Mostly I have paid the premiums and not put in claims. But...when I have had to put in claims I have been very pleased with my experience. Sometimes it seems like I've had to do lots of paperwork but this was just because on the initial claims for a dog, you are asked for more. I am very appreciative that Embrace covers hereditary conditions. I have cavalier king charles spaniels which are prone to mitral valve disease and had few choice in companies who would voer this.
