All round great service
This is my 2nd claim, paid without any problems or questions. Our greyhound decided our cat's special toy was a snack.Fortunately, it came up with minor intervention from the vet and equally no hassle from Embrace about processing or paying. My first claim was denied initially as pre-existing, but with some follow-up info from the vet was paid promptly. The payment helped a lot as I only had paid $33 on a visit to an emergency clinic. THis particular toy is now closely monitored when the cat is playing with it.
