Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My dog was diagnosed with a pancreatic tumor (insulinoma) which had potentially spread to her liver. It was a relief to be able to agree to surgery without having to stress over the cost. The surgery went great and my pooch is acting about 3 years younger thanks to all the diseased tissue being removed. Embrace reps contacted me as soon as they received my claim forms to inform me of the timeline and process. They then emailed me when my claim had been resolved with an extremely clear explanation of how the amount was determined. If only my insurance was so easy to deal with and understand.

I thought about a cat that was with us years ago that had become ill. I thought about how the illness's complexity and potential cost affected my decision-making and was sad to think that my present little companion Gracie did not have the same level of medical attention my friends and family have. Therefore, after seeing your advertising I began to think what my new little friend deserved, the same protections that other loved ones have. Not a single day has gone by where I am not thankful for Embrace. For whatever reason my little friend has had a few challenges and embrace has made those days less stressful and her quality of life better by providing the affordability and ability to receive proper medical attention. Thank you all for everything you have done to make Gracie's quality of life better.

Can't say enough good things about Embrace. We joined in 2008 after having VPI for a couple of years. I was not pleased with the customer service we were getting or the plan offerings from VPI. Our 10 year old lab, Dexter, recently had issues of blindness, uncontrolled walking and disorientation. After seeing our primary vet, she was thinking stroke or brain tumor. We were referred to a specialist in neurology. Procedures included a spinal tap, MRI and countless blood work and a four day hospital visit. All results came back negative. At the end of the day our vet bills came in around $3,600. Embrace was there for us with timely review of claims, follow-up and payment. BTW, Dexter is doing fine and we are glad to have Embrace on our side.

I selected Embrace two years ago and have had only good experiences with this company. They have kept me updated about the claims I filed and have paid claims within a reasonable time. I am so glad I chose Embrace.
