Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I submitted two wellness claims for my bulldog and bull mastiff and received a response and reimbursement immediately. It is wonderful to be reimbursed for services and products that you would do to keep your pets healthy.

Our 2-1/2 year old Whippet was experiencing lameness in his front legs. After an evaluation, he was diagnosed with multiple tendon issues in both shoulders. Initial diagnostics and treatment, including surgery, totaled over $6700. While the claim evaluation by Embrace took a bit longer than expected, they contacted us during the process to advise of the status and apologized for the delay. In the end, they covered everything, with the exception of prescriptions, (which we expected, as we did not opt for prescription coverage). After satisfying the deductible, the balance of the claim was paid at the full 80%, as the policy had stated it would be. We are very happy with the coverage and service provided by Embrace. So happy, in fact, that we have just added our third dog to our policy with Embrace, and we gladly recommend this pet insurance to our friends.

Well I have an awesome veterianarians office/hosptial (VCA animal hospital) they filed my embrace claim for me and took care of the hassle. Embrace notified me of the claim and I should be receiving my first check soon. My dog is a very healthy, playful, loving and gentle 4month old Labrador! Fantastic customer service, fast claim filing. Covers a lot of costs even wellness exams!

Our one year old puppy(Lola)that we rescued from a shelter, has just been diagnosed with Diabetes. This is rare in such a young dog. She will require a lifetime of medicine and special diet. So far, Embrace and their helpful employees (Megan, Laura and Christine) have been extremely helpful. We have been reimbursed for office visits, insulin and needles. So far we are very happy with Embrace.
