Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I highly recommend this insurance for your beloved pet. It has been a blessing to us as we experienced an unexpected diagnosis of lymphoma in our 2 1/2 year old German Shepherd Dog. She is doing well though the costs have been high. I will never have another pet without Embrace!

Embrace was my first experience with Pet Insurance. I didn't think I would need it as soon as I did but i was so glad that I had it. Embrace paid exactly what their policy said they would and they did it in a very fast manner. I hope that I won't need it again but I know for sure that my puppy, Maddy, has the best possible coverage with the BEST Pet Insurance company there is. It was so easy to submit the claim. My Vet faxed in all of the paperwork along with my pre-printed claim forms designed especially for Maddy. Embrace emailed me several times to inform me of the status of the claim, so I was never left wondering what was going on. I am so glad that I chose Embrace and would encourage all Pet owners especially puppy owners to get your pet covered by Embrace.

I recently filed two claims and was extremely surprised and impressed with the quickness of the response to those claims. I was informed when they received the claims. I was informed when the claims were under review. I was informed when the claims were processed and was advised of the amount of my reimbursement. Embrace even emailed me to make sure I received the claims payment. And, all of this was done within a matter of about 10 days. Very impressed!

Embrace is a wonderful insurance company. Sadly I lost one dog to sudden illness which cost me around $6,000. That lead me to look into health insurance for my other dogs. A year later my pomeranian needed extensive testing for a coughing issue. Embrace covered ALL of her tests and sadly when she died a few months after. The claim was in the thousands each time. It was such a relief to be able to tell the vets to do anything they needed to. I knew I was covered and didn't have to worry about the cost. The claims are processed pretty quickly and the staff is very nice and responsive. I hope I don't have to use the insurance anytime soon again and have healthy dogs but at least I don't need to worry about the costs.

This is my first time getting pet insurance, even thou I have had 2 other dogs...My first experience with Embrace, was with Mike, who was just awesome, he explained everything to me and this took time. Here are the tips I found to be important to me: excellent, excellent customer service from the time that a rep anwers the phone until the call is complete. 2) i have the wellness plan,which many other pet insurances dont have. i love it. They have great reimbursement. Their coverage is better than whats out there for pet insurnce..Peace of Mind and pays claims quickly. Most,,most ..important to Me and my dog Minnie is that I chose the vet I want my dog to visit for all her care. there is no pet clinic etc. I didnt want that. I wanted the vet I had from the previous pets...and thats peace of mind and more important close to home...Pls think about this. Years ago pet insurance was not a option and animal lovers had to make a choice with insurance you dont, unless it very serious. I will continue to stay with Embrace!!!!!!!!!!!!
