Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Our Doxie recently required surgery, and it was the first claim we ever filed. We couldn't have asked for better customer service! The staff at Embrace answered all our questions in such a committed way. In fact, when we had an opportunity to have surgery sooner rather than later, they responded to our request for pre-certification within a one-day notice! Their communication in connection with our claim was superb, and our reimbursement came within a week. For such a difficult time, they made the situation easier. I have recommended insuring furry friends through Embrace to others. Our dog received the best care possible, thanks to Embrace! It was an excellent experience.

Every time my vet turns in another claim on my wild woman female 5 year old sweet but crazy hunting dog, I am so afraid that Embrace will cancel me! But they never do. She seems to be accident prone as she is into everything and comes out with skin tears and punctures and cactus spines (and yes even a skunk) and since every thing she comes across goes into her stomach, something concerning that will undoubtedly come up! Embrace has covered all of these things - I am very pleased. It is comforting to know that we are covered should anything serious (very expensive) happen.

Embrace provides very comprehensive coverage,and we have never had an issue with a claim. Recently Griffin, one of our Great Danes, bloated. Our Vet commented on the generous fraction of the costs that Embrace covered. Yesterday, I got an email from Christine. She had noted the seriousness of the injury and wrote to inquire how Griffin was doing. This was an extremely kind gesture. We alway get progress emails from Embrace when a claim has been submitted and the settlements are prompt. If some of the documentation is missing in the claim submission, they will contact the vet, making the claim process relatively painless for the pet owner. We have renewed our coverage several times and will continue to do so.

Last summer our dog Penny's face swelled terribly, and her breathing became labored from a possible bee sting. A trip to an ER Vet fixed her up, and Embrace quickly applied the bill to her deductible.Late in the year Penny could not keep her food down for several days. Her vet was able to resolve the issue after a two day stay. About this same time Penny began having bladder issues. This was resolved as well. Embrace came through and quickly sent a check covering the bilss upon submission of our claims. We are very impressed with Embrace and the personalized service we received.
