Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My Boston Terrier mix, Callie, had a run-in with a porcupine. She needed extensive medical care and because of Embrace I didn't have to hesitate with a "YES" when the doctors asked "May we proceed?" Callie didn't make it but I rest easier knowing we did everything we could. I didn't have to make that hard decision that is usually driven by my financial situation. Thank you Embrace for being there for us. The claim process was easy during a hard time. When I spoke to you on the phone you were practically crying with me and I could feel the understanding. I'm not sure what else to say but if you are considering pet insurance, don't just consider it, DO IT! Embrace is the place to go. The process of enrolling and placing claims is quick and easy and worth every penny.

It's always easy to get through immediately to a real, live person who is relaxed, helpful, and actually knowledgeable. I quickly got the answers I needed and, for good reasons, trusted that whatever I addressed would be handled swiftly and thoroughly. I've had cats since I was 4 and now I'm 64 and this is the first time I purchased insurance and I'm sooooo glad I did.

I guess my "tips" would be, use the proper forms, get your Vet to fill out forms completely and send in.. Be aware of what your coverage entails, and then all will go well. I can not recommend this company enough. This is my first claim, met my deductible and a check is on the way for the amount above deductible. No hassle , just plain "we do as we told you we would".. Since enrolling our pet to Embrace insurance. We have received quick reimbursement and quick feedback on our claims via e-mail. Their customer service is great with getting back to us on a weekly basis with each claim to. I advocate for any new customer seeking great quality pet insurance for a new pet to consider, Embrace. :)

My dog got diagnosed with terminal cancer at only 5 years of age totally catching us by surprise. It was an awful diagnosis but having pet insurance allowed us to afford to try an experimental Chemo treatment at the university pet hospital. The treatments restored his heath for about 3 months which gave my family valuable time to mentally prepare. Embrace was great throughout the process. They paid all claims as per the policy, I just wish my own health insurance was equally good. Also, you can really tell in all their correspondence that they are pet people.
