Great Customer Service
Our Doxie recently required surgery, and it was the first claim we ever filed. We couldn't have asked for better customer service! The staff at Embrace answered all our questions in such a committed way. In fact, when we had an opportunity to have surgery sooner rather than later, they responded to our request for pre-certification within a one-day notice! Their communication in connection with our claim was superb, and our reimbursement came within a week. For such a difficult time, they made the situation easier. I have recommended insuring furry friends through Embrace to others. Our dog received the best care possible, thanks to Embrace! It was an excellent experience.
