Communication is excellent. No questions or misunderstandings because they make the policies clear cut. I have 2 dogs with Embrace for many years and I am very satisfied. I would not change a thing. I love the fact that Embrace understands how important well visits (checkups and shots)are and they make provisions for that.

I was pleasantly surprised how efficient Embrace was in processing our wellness claim. We "adopted" a cat from a shelter and took her to our vet at The Georgetown (Delaware) Animal Hospital on 7/5/13. Embrace guided us through the claims process. We faxed our claim on 7/8 and we received our reimbursement check on 7/16/13 as promised. We would recommend Embrace to insure your pet.

Although we have yet to meet our deductible. Embrace reminds us to file claims so that they get applied toward annual deductible. Embrace has been quick to process the claims. Embrace has also been accommodating to me inquiries. We have two dog policies.

I initially purchased Embrace insurance for my dog after hearing good reviews from other owners. I forgot I had the insurance until I really needed it - an emergency life and death bloat surgery that would have cost me $5000. Embrace covered it quickly - minus my deductible - and I was incredibly grateful to have that kind of coverage in a traumatic situation. Since then Embrace has covered various issues for my dog as he ages with no problems. The form is easy to submit through my vet's office, I get an email letting me know my claim is being processed and typically get another email telling me the coverage amount and letting me know the check is on the way - all within about two weeks. I've called with questions and always get a helpful person on the line, no automated system or waiting on hold. Great service all around.
