Always prompt and responsive
I have had Embrace pet insurance for the past 3 years, we just added a second dog to our family and now have insurance for both of them. Embrace makes it very easy to submit claims and the claims are always processed promptly and the refund goes straight into my bank account within days! I love having Embrace because it gives me the piece of mind not to have to worry about unexpected health expenses for my dogs!

Great pet insurance
My German Shepherd was progressively getting weaker in her hind legs, due to arthritic changes in the spine. I have run through the line-up of supplements and pain meds, and now she receives regular acupucture therapy - and it is really effective. She is actually putting back on some muscle mass and is running around like a puppy again!It would be difficult for me to pay for the weekly treatments without my Embrace insurance. The Embrace claims process is efficient and all of their claims examiners have been pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Embrace insurance.

Good treatment
Embrace was provided our claim via our vet for Reilly, my Boykin Spaniel. We brought him in for this annual checkup and evaluation. Our vet did the filing for us and we received a proper notice of our claim and acceptance for payment.

Pretty Good Service
So glad I bought insurance, my puppy is being treated for demodex(puppy mange)he has to get a skin scrape every month, plus be on meds until he has two negative scrapes in a row. Once reaching my deductable it is wonderful to be getting some money back! I've had several claims reviewed some were faster than others as fast as 2 weeks as slow as 4-5 weeks. All and all service is pretty good.
Compared to another company I have used before that payed by the condition, this is much better you get back whatever % of the bill you are insured for.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
