Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My Golden Retriever puppy got sick on the last day of her 14 day exclusionary period. I spent over $800 to get her well, but Embrace denied my single claim for $195. I found them extremely inflexible to deal with. Can not recommend at all.

Our 3.5 year old Ragdoll needed emergency surgery to repair a diaphram paracardia hernia. Following her surgery, a clam was submitted and payment was made promptly. Whenever we need to submit a bill for payment, Embrace is always very prompt to respond to the request and notifies us in a timely manner the status of each claim. Embrace personnel are very concerned about their clients and follow up frequently to make sure the patient is recovering and payment as been received.

Embrace's coverage is excellent and everyone that I have always emailed with or called has been so friendly, helpful, professional and finds your information really fast! Not having to worry about the insurance claims for my dog and knowing they are being handled efficiently during this difficult time not only helps financially but brings peace of mind and one less thing to worry about. The turn around from when the vet or cardiologist submitted the claim to when I received my claim payment was really fast. I received email updates to check on the status change of my claims. There were a few times I had to call Embrace during work, and I was more than appreciative that the people I spoke with both really efficient and very courteous. I am very thankful and more than grateful for everything that Embrace has done for me and my dog.

I love this insurance company! They are friendly and competent. Claim was pre-authorized,so I knew what to expect. So pleased!

I am so glad I'm a member of the Embrace Pet Insurance family!!! We purchased it when our Bullmastiff was a puppy and we are so glad we did. We also purchased the well visit part and the insurance has really been a blessing for us. Fergie has had small problems like all new puppies and bigger problems now that she is almost grown (she has allergies). Embrace is right on top of things and when I send in a claim form it is handled quickly and they always let me know they received it-and after they process they follow to make sure it was handled properly. I would highly recommend them. They are terrific!!! And having insurance on your pet is a must!!!!! You never know what can happen!!!Thank you Embrace!!!
