Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have a 5yr old Samoyed - Dakota! He holds my heart in the his paws, and that is why I chose Embrace, I'm lucky to have been a Mom to 5 furry Samoyed's over the years, and have used and experienced several pet insurances, hands down Embrace is clearly the best. I recently had a wellness claim for preventative care - Heart Guard, Preventic flea and tick collar, etc. My claim was 100% paid in less than 5 day direct deposit, easy peasy! The customer service is untouchable by any other pet insurance provider, trust me I have been using pet insurance since it first appeared in the marketplace. I love Dakota and want only the best healthcare and pet insurance for him, that is why I chose Embrace Pet Insurance. Luv them! :)

My almost 2.5 year old Newfie recently had quite a few visits to the vet; first for an ear infection, then a mysterious limp. Ultimately, the bills added up. It was really comforting to know that I would be reimbursed for a good chunk of the costs (post deductible), and Embrace didn't fail me. Without even speaking to a live person, I felt the communication was excellent. I received multiple emails and detailed explanation of benefits documents. I knew that owning a big dog was going to be expensive, and I'm very happy that I have good insurance with great service.

We have two giant Doodles and enrolled with Embrace when they were pups. They are two now and we are so glad we chose Embrace! It could not be simpler! Our claims are sent automatically from our vet and we usually recieve an email from Embrace within 24 hrs! When they review the claim, they use direct deposit to send our funds. It is all very quick and we have NEVER had to call and fight for a claim! No fine print, no tricks! Unbelievable!:) I was skeptical, at first, because of my experience with "human" health insurance but we are so impressed. If only our medical insurance was this great! We have definitely gotten our moneys worth. AND, we have peace of mind that in the unfortunate event of an illness or injury, we will be covered. Having Embrace for my 15 month old mixed yorkie rescue has been a lifesaver since I wasn't sure how I would come up with the money for her medical bills. Once I pay the vet and the bill is faxed to Embrace, the checks are processed from Embrace within a two week period and I use that money for the next medical test/office treatment she needs. We are getting closer to understanding my dogs medical issues, and I am very happy I took out this policy. I never had insurance for any of my pets in the past. We have a policy for medical issues not wellness plan.

I was a new pet owner when I got my puppy in August. I wasn't sure if pet insurance was really worth it. But my vet at our first appointment insisted that it was a good idea over the life of my pet. Well, it's been so worth it and my pup is still only 8 months old. Gia was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia at 6 months old. I had noticed she was limping and that it was worse after playing at the dog park. We got a couple of opinions (all covered by Embrace) and surgery was recommended by everyone. Gia had surgery 2 1/2 weeks ago - arthroscopic surgery on both elbows. But the surgeon found during her surgery that one elbow was worse than we had hoped. He had to do an osteotomy in order to realign the bone. He also recommended stem cell therapy to bring down the level of inflammation that she had been enduring. I got a pre-certification with Embrace before surgery and I can't tell you how delighted I was, not only with their quick response, but also with their "embrace" of alternative therapy. I went into Gia's surgery with a lot more confidence knowing what was covered and by how much - nothing had been excluded by Embrace. The surgeon's office sent the records and bill to Embrace on March 5th and today the 11th I already have the EOB and payment. Embrace is simply amazing!
