Pleased by speed of first claim reimbursement.

I don't have any previous experience with pet insurance, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received the first claim I filed. It was a Wellness claim, and I received reimbursement for the full amount of vet charges in less than a week.

Fantastic

My dog had hip surgery. My claim was processed and I was reimbursed within 10 days. It was amazing and so helpful since the surgery was $2100. Thank you for taking Cate of me and my furry son.

Don't know what we would do without Embrace

Our 9-year old Molly was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis a little over a year ago. Embrace has been amazing as the charges for her initial diagnosis were covered (including extensive testing such as MRI and other diagnosis). Since that time ... they have covered 80% of her treatments including laser therapy, medications and alternative treatments such as her acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments. They are incredible as we have 6 dogs on insurance with them and recommend them to all friends and family members who have pets.

10/10 Great Service .. The Best Pet Insurance

This is my first experience with Pet Insurance, and so far, I'm very pleased and happy with Embrace Insurance. There is no doubt I will recommend Embrace to others and to our vet. My claim has been handled very quickly, and this company covers more than others and they have awesome customer service.

Awesome C.S. & covered 80%

I have to say Embrace Insurance has been the best pet insurer I've ever had. My claim was reviewed very quickly and was very surprised to see how much Embrace paid for Kimmie's surgery.....they paid 80% and that saved a good amount of money. Thank you Laura Bennett for checking up on how things were going and making sure that I received my benefits. My apologies for this coming late. Thanks again for Embrace insurance and staff for staying in touch.....I definitely recommend Embrace Insurance to anyone.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
