Very Reliable

Our two elderly dogs are very healthy, but occasionally they needed a few surgeries. Embrace was always there. They paid our claims in such a timely manner, so quick. There were never any problems with Embrace, the best thing I ever did for my dogs. We've had Embrace for many years and the premium does not go up, like other insurances usually do.

Dissapointed

I was fraudulently charged for seven months by this company for insurance I didn't know was active , and I could not have used, and was told they can not refund me back! Even if I sent in proof that I had other pet insurance with another company at the time. They never sent any correspondence indicating that the policy was active or that I needed to complete the process after the first three weeks , but they still took money from me! please be carful with this company!

Could not be more grateful for Embrace Coverage

My Beagle Bailey was diagnosed with a pretty aggressive Lymphoma Cancer earlier this summer and wasn't expected to survive his 10th. birthday. Bailey is currently being treated and am happy to say that his cancer is in treatable remission. We have been Embrace members for years now and they have always been there for us from wellness to illness coverage. I will forever be grateful for the financial assistance and coverage these folks provide. Thanks you!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
