High Speed Low Drag

I have to say, Embrace Pet Insurance has surpassed my expectations of honoring medical claims for my dogs. HUMMER(Yorkie-Poo) has been insured since 9/1/2014 and CoCo(miniature Poodle) since 3/30/2015. Embrace provides immediate coverage for standard treatment, i.e., vaccinations, flea & tick guard and other wellness procedures, a variety of discounts, reasonable rates and different rates of premium payments. Embrace is our 2nd insurance carrier. What sets Embrace a part from other pet insurance companies is their continuous interaction and responsiveness with the parents of the insured. I think they understand how expensive pet bills can be, especially for puppies. They continuously remind customers to submit all essential paperwork in order to maximize all reimbursement claims.

Embrace is a lifesaver.

My 8 year old blue healer went in for a routine check up and after a sonna gram it was discovered he had a mass on his spleen and adrenaline gland both were removed by surgery and he made a full recovery thanks to embrace I did not have to worry about the cost of his medicial expenses.

So Grateful!

We have been incredibly pleased with Embrace. We were so thankful to have such complete coverage when our dog Tashi tore her ACL and needed surgery. It gave us a peace of mind to know we could make the right decision for her without having to take finances into account. I am glad to report she is healing well and back to her active self! We couldn't be happier with Embrace and the quality of service they have provided us.

glad I did it

on the urging of a friend, I bought Embrace pet insurance Dec 2014. At the time all pets were healthy. Unfortunately three developed illnesses in 2015, and Thank Goodness I have Embrace. Even with a high deductible I still got significant payment back

Wouldn't Be Without Embrace!

My Sadie is a 4 1/2 year old German Shepherd Dog with health problems which have cost a lot of money. Without Embrace Pet Insurance, I don't know how I could have kept up with her ongoing care. Embrace has been fantastic - they are in constant communication with me regarding Sadie's many vet visits. Their direct deposit into my checking account is quick and their Explanation of Benefits is so easy to read. Thanks, Embrace!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
