Great Customer Service
I have had Embrace a few years now and have always been glad I chose them based on coverage, customer service and turn around time.
However, most recently I received a reimbursement check that was damaged in the mail. I was afraid they might give me a hard time to reissue a new. On the contrary they were very nice and have reissued one right away.
