Embrace is the best pet insurance
I am retired and live alone with my two dogs. My little chihuahua was diagnosed with a collapsed trachea and an enlarged heart. I was frantic. I was referred to a dog cardiologist for an echo gram at a cost of $610.00.
When I called Embrace a wonderful man named Joshua listen patiently on the phone while I went on and on. He knew I was living on social security and even sent me forms to see if the cardiologist would wait until Embrace paid them directly. It wasn't necessary as my daughter lent me the money; but the peace of mind it gave me was immeasurable .i have a happy ending ; my little Spirit 's heart is fine. He is just so small that the first X-ray gave a false impression of being enlarged.and the trachea is just narrow not collapsed. Thank you everyone at Embrace!

Super fast claims process.
We went to the vet Monday for our annual exam. We submitted the claim form on Tuesday and on Thursday I received an email that the claim was approved for reimbursement. Great service.

Lameness diagnosed as Elbow Dysplasia
My young German Shepherd/Heeler mix has been diagnosed with Elbow Dysplasia. Embrace has covered the CT Scan and series of Adequan shots. I am still not sure if we will have the surgery done but feel confident Embrace will be there to help us pay for it if it comes to that in the future.

8/20/15 Our boxer, Elsa bece very ill.
Elsa became lethargic, stopped drinking, eating, could barely walk and her body was going in to a V shape. Our vet treated it as if it was possibly Menengitis. She placed her on an antibiotic and was getting better. After a month she started with the same systems. She recommended a Spinal Tap and MRI. Sure enough it is Menengitis from her immune system. Paying up front and filing the claim has been great. It usually takes about 3-4 weeks to be reimbursed. You receive an email once Embrace receives the paper work and through the entire process from when Embrace sends your check to reimburse you. We are grateful for affordable pet insurance. Your pet is treated, as if Embrace is part of your family. I will never go without pet insurance ever again.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
