I always have a pleasant experience filing my pet's claims.

Embrace was the best decision we made for our dogs. Our small Chihuahua suffered a seizure late one evening. We had to take her to the emergency room and then for a couple follow-up visits. The veterinary office sends our claim forms directly to Embrace, we get the email notice of the claim as well as status updates, what an easy process. Embrace has always been fair, timely and friendly with all of our claims. We are so glad we chose Embrace.

This month completes three years of coverage for my two cats. Right after I got the policy one cat got very sick and I thought I was going to lose him but thankfully he recovered. In the last few months the other kitty has been very sick with multiple issues. In both cases all claims were paid without hassle and reasonably promptly. I am going to renew for year four.

Our family friend (some call him a dog) tore his crucial ligament and required surgery. I sent a claim form into Embrace to get pre-approved and received approval back extremely fast. The surgery was completed on 9/4/2015 and I submitted the claim form on 9/5/2015. I received the check for reimbursement on 9/14/2015.This $3000 surgery cost me less than $1000 out-of-pocket thanks to Embrace.

I have never had insurance on a pet before however I recently got a french bulldog and I know they are sometimes prone to health issues so I thought it would be a good idea. I am so grateful and relieved that I did decide to have my pet covered by embrace. Any instance that we have ever encountered my claims have been covered by my policy including breed specific conditions. All of the staff members I have encountered have always been friendly and extremely helpful. I have never had any issues, I am very satisfied and happy with the care I receive from embrace. The claims I have needed to be covered have been processed and reviewed by embrace very quickly (within a 1-2weeks). I recently got my pet neutered which was not covered by my plan and I was aware of that when purchasing his coverage, however the medications such as his antibiotics and anesthesia were covered with his policy, i received my check within 2 weeks of submitting the claim. He also had a breed specific condition which was referred to as brachycephalic, he had an elongated palate, this was also covered with his plan as a breed specific condition no questions asked.
